We leave for the UK in less than a month, and I officially have Christmas and travel on the brain. Aside from some travel toiletries, I’m all set with what I need for the our trip. (I’m also done my Christmas shopping – woot!) But Black Friday and Cyber Monday have got me thinking about what I or any of my travel friends would feel fortunate to see under the tree or in our stockings. So here’s a little gift guide – clicking on any of the images will bring you to their respective shops.
As I’ve expressed many times before, I prefer to do most of my shopping online. Particularly my Christmas shopping. But along with the convenience, I also want to make sure my personal and payment info is secure. So with Black Friday and Cyber Monday coming up, I chatted about cybersecurity for the holiday season (and always!) with some of the very smart people that I work with.
The temperature has officially gone from crisp to chilly in Victoria and I am here for it. It’s time to get cozy! I’ve loved unpacking and feeling hygge in all of my cozy sweaters and scarves, and my feet are such happy campers in my slippers.
Yep, it’s the day after Halloween and I’m encouraging you to get your Christmas shopping done online, and before holiday party season chaos ensues. And to make it easy, I’ve curated a list of fun, affordable, and unique gift ideas from my favourite Canadian Etsy shops and who said items would be appreciated by. Bonus: There’s also a few couple #GetThrifty promo codes and some shopping advice from the shop owners!)
