Smoothing out my day
It’s the end of Day 3 and after some inevitable tears from chopping onions, I have a lentil soup slow cooking away in the Cuisinart and spicy chick peas baking in the oven. It’s going to be a long two weeks…
Tomorrow marks the beginning of what could be a rocky two weeks for me and Sean – we are doing a cleanse. Yes, a cleanse. Two weeks of no wheat, sugar (aside from honey), caffeine, red meat, citrus fruit (excluding lemon), potatoes, corn, peanuts, dairy, vitamins supplements and no oils (excluding olive and flax).
