In this episode, I chat with Vancouver chef and passionate foodie, Nicole Harshey. After many years of working in restaurants as a pastry chef and recently with Vancouver culinary shop Cook Culture as an instructor, Nicole started Cooking with Nicole to provide affordable meal plans for busy people. We chat about Nicole’s chef journey, flexitarian eating, the power of yoga, and finding our path. Nicole also shares a couple of easy (and tasty!) #GetThrifty recipes (24:30) for roasted chickpea caesar salad and patatas bravas, so get out your paper and pen! (Also, a hot tip about nuts.)
