Ep. 24 – Amber Romaniuk

Let’s talk about food as fuel, the power of our thoughts and finding peace when things get stressful with Amber Romaniuk from ‘The No Sugarcoating Podcast’.

This week’s guest is the beautiful soul that is Amber Romaniuk. The world is at a time of incredible stress and uncertainty, and this can spark unhealthy habits—specifically around eating. Amber shares her experiences with emotional eating, some healthy eating tips for times of stress (hello, COVID-19), how she helps her clients improve their relationship with food and why finding peace from within is the only way we can achieve true happiness.

Amber is an emotional eating, digestive and hormone expert who helps professional women achieve optimal health through mindful eating, self-care and overcoming self-sabotage with food. She overcame her own emotional eating after gaining and losing more than 1000 lbs and spending over $50,000 on binge foods and spending five years balancing her hormones and digestion. Now she helps others achieve Body Freedom™ so they have the confidence and health to create amazing lives.

Amber also hosts The No Sugarcoating Podcast and has been featured on local and US television as a nutrition expert.
